Amardeep Kahlon

Operating Partner

Mr. Kahlon is an Operating Partner of RoundTable and joined the Firm in 2026. He works closely with the RoundTable team and portfolio company management teams to support operational performance, identify growth and value creation opportunities, and help accelerate results across the Firm’s healthcare and consumer health investments.  Prior to joining RoundTable, Mr. Kahlon served as Chief Executive Officer of Designs for Health, a leading practitioner-focused health and wellness company. During his tenure, he led the business through a period of significant growth, operational transformation, and enterprise value creation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kahlon served as General Manager of U.S. Nutrition at Reckitt, where he led a billion-dollar portfolio of brands. He also spent more than two decades at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in a series of senior leadership roles across the United States and International Markets, including Chief Marketing Officer of U.S. Consumer Health and Vice President & Global Business Leader for Cold & Flu. Across these roles, Mr. Kahlon developed a broad track record of driving growth, strengthening brands, leading innovation, and building high-performing teams across healthcare, consumer health, and wellness businesses.
