Aspen Surgical Products Holdings, Inc. was a leading manufacturer and marketer of both OEM and branded disposable medical products for surgical and general healthcare applications. Major products included surgical needles, surgical skin markers, disposable light handles, instrument guards, anti-fog solutions, surgical accessories, eye spears, fluid control products and most recently acquired conventional and safety surgical scalpels and blades. Aspen had strong brand recognition, which included the Richard Allan, Sterion, Colby and Bard-Parker brand names. Aspen had three manufacturing facilities in Caledonia, MI, Worcestershire, UK, and Las Piedras, PR.
