RoundTable Healthcare Partners Names Sandy Thompson as Senior Transaction Advisor


New Role to Build on Firm’s Healthcare Industry Transaction Expertise

LAKE FOREST, IL, February 9, 2009 — RoundTable Healthcare Partners (“RoundTable”), an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, announced today that Sandy Thompson has become a Senior Transaction Advisor with the firm.  In this capacity, Mr. Thompson will assist RoundTable in the identification of new investment opportunities.

Mr. Thompson has 17 years of experience in the investment banking industry, most recently at Morgan Stanley where among his responsibilities he led the global medical technology practice.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Thompson has advised his healthcare clients on over $30 billion in transactions.  Mr. Thompson will continue in an advisory capacity with Morgan Stanley.
